How to use
Press your Vegan Eye Shadow Brush into the mineral powder
Tap off the excess and apply to your eyelids as desired.
EXTRA TIP: Tap a small portion of mineral eye shadow into the lid and mix with a drop of water. Use your Vegan Angle Brush to use as an intense liquid eyeliner.
